User Agreement

1. Parties

This User Agreement ("Agreement") has been mutually accepted and entered into force between Lean Academy (Lean Agency) and the person ("User" or "Student") who registers on the lms.leanagency.net platform and uses the services, upon the User's electronic approval on the site.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the conditions regarding the purchase and use of online trainings, resources, and certification processes offered on the Platform by the User, and the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The User accepts and declares that the personal and other information provided while registering on the platform is true and accurate.
3.2. The User can only use the purchased training materials, videos, and documents for individual learning purposes. Copying, reproducing, sharing these contents on the internet or with 3rd parties, and using them for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and considered a copyright infringement.
3.3. The user account is personal. The User cannot share their password and account information with anyone. Lean Academy reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account when simultaneous or suspicious logins from different IP addresses are detected from the same account.
3.4. Lean Academy cannot be held responsible for the temporary suspension of access to the platform due to technical malfunctions or infrastructure updates.

4. Purchase and Return Conditions

Since the user has instant access to the digital training content (videos, e-books, etc.) they purchased, there is no right of withdrawal or refund for these services in accordance with the "Services performed instantly in electronic environment" article of the Distance Contracts Regulation.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The intellectual property rights of all designs, texts, logos, videos, audio, graphics, and software on the platform belong exclusively to Lean Academy and the relevant Instructors. Unauthorized use is subject to legal and penal sanctions.

6. Dispute Resolution

Turkish Law shall apply in the resolution of any dispute that may arise from the implementation of this Agreement, and the Provincial Courts and Enforcement Offices where the company headquarters is located are authorized.

By checking the "I have read and accept the User Agreement" box in the registration form, the user is deemed to have accepted all articles in this agreement.
