The rules regarding the return and cancellation of the services you have purchased are determined in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
The products sold through our system (Online Video Trainings, Downloadable Documents, Live Broadcast Participation Rights) have digital product status.
After purchasing a training, the user loses the right to return from the moment they play the video content of the relevant training, download the document, or log in to the system and start consuming the service.
If the purchased training content cannot be opened or watched in any way due to a technical problem originating from our servers and this problem cannot be solved by our technical team within 48 hours, the user can request a refund. Written notification must be made to info@leanagency.net for your requests.
If your refund request is approved, the amount you paid will be refunded to your credit/debit card (via İyzico infrastructure) that you used for the payment. The reflection of the refund to your card may take 1-7 business days depending on your bank's processes.
