1.2. BUYER INFORMATION
The Buyer (Customer) is accepted as a party to the contract with the name, surname and e-mail address information declared while registering on the platform or at the purchasing stage.
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the digital product (Online Training, Video Lesson, E-Book, etc.) ordered by the BUYER electronically from the website named "lms.leanagency.net" belonging to the SELLER.
Since the product subject to the contract is digital content, no physical cargo delivery is made. Immediately after the BUYER successfully completes the payment, they gain instant access to the training they purchased via the user panel (My Account).
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the BUYER cannot use the right of withdrawal (right of return) from the moment they log in to or start watching the purchased digital training (video) or content through the system within the scope of contracts regarding "services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer".
In the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place where the Buyer purchases the goods or services and where their residence is located are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
By giving payment approval through the site, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this contract.
